M 2023 (self-adhesive / not adhesive)
M 2023 (self-adhesive) is a polyurethane-foam (polyester), the surface is compacted and stamped with a lozenge imprinting. Self-adhesive equipment with a high-quality adhesive system based on acrylate. M 2023a (not adhesive) is a polyurethane-foam (polyether), the surface is compacted and stamped with a lozenge imprinting.

Processing
Self-adhesive:
The surface must be carefully cleaned from dust, grease, oil and water.
Full area adhesion has to be insured. The adhesion strength is directly dependent from the processing pressure. The material has to be pressed in firmly, e.g. using a feed roll.
With the installation about head an additional mechanical attachment is necessary.
Processing temperature: 18 - 25 °C
