M 216/2
M 216/2 is a bitumen impregnated wool felt, surface laminated with a coarse-grained aluminium foil (thickness approx. 0.05 mm). Self-adhesive equipment with a high-quality adhesive system based on acrylate.

Structure-borne sound dampening (anti-drumming)
thin-walled structural elements,
simultaneously attainment a stiffener effect, airborne sound insulation
Applications
Vehicle and cabin construction, mechanical engineering, plant construction etc.
especially in compound with the behavior of radiation heat
Processing
The surface must be carefully cleaned from dust, grease, oil and water.
Full area adhesion has to be insured. The adhesion strength is directly dependent from the processing pressure. The material has to be pressed in firmly, e.g. using a feed roll.
Processing temperature: 18 - 25 °C
Storage conditions
Dry at temperatures between 18 - 25 °C
Max storage time: 6 months
